Lolade Ajai is an Interior Designer with more than 10 years of experience designing residential & retail spaces, home offices and home cinemas. She is experienced in all aspects of the design process from concept development to final installations.

She has been in client-facing roles as a freelancer and also in commercial contract positions.

​Armed with a professional diploma in interior design from KLC School of interior design, London and a BFA in interior design from Paris College of Art; and consistently bringing innovative and ambitious design solutions that push the envelope, she strives to answer design questions with a sensitivity to environmental and human issues; and brings fresh perspectives to all her projects.

In her spare time, she enjoys professional photography, high-performance skincare formulation, acrylic art and gardening.

            I make design decisions with the bottom-line in mind, understanding the clients’ needs and requirements and advising appropriately on design specifications. I take design briefs that inform the design approach and guide the proposed solution. I create schematic designs, detailed working drawings and 3D renderings that articulate and communicate the final look of the proposed space.
            A three-month contract position where I was tasked with designing and managing the execution of interior design projects that support audio/visual and furniture 
systems for entertainment centres and home cinemas.
            I created interior plans, elevations, sections and renders for virtual clients where I specified materials, fittings, finishes and furniture to fit the client's budget and interior needs. The position also involved providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the customer service portal via email and phone. I provided for and processed the client's shopping carts, tracked and communicated shipping times and 
answered questions and queries from customers regarding purchased items; ensuring that all furniture and fittings were delivered and installed as specified.
