How to Request Deletion
Compose your email
Send to [email protected] with subject: “Account Deletion Request”
Include your details
Your full name, registered phone number, Employee ID (if applicable), and a short message requesting deletion.
Identity verification
Our support team will verify your identity. You may be contacted for additional confirmation before the process begins.
Deletion completed
Your account will be disabled immediately and permanently deleted after the data retention period (up to 30 days).
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification and processing of your deletion request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:
- User profile information
- Registered phone number and login credentials
- Location tracking history
- Call activity logs
- Uploaded site images and documentation photos
- Application activity records
- Visit and attendance records
This action is irreversible. Once the account deletion process is completed, this data cannot be recovered.
Data Retention Period
Some information may be retained temporarily for operational, legal, or compliance purposes before permanent deletion.
- Up to 30 days retention after approval
- Anonymized operational records may be kept
- Legal / compliance data retained as required by law
- After the retention period, all personal data will be permanently removed from our systems
Important Notes
- Deleting your account will permanently remove access to all Homworks mobile applications.
- Operational reporting records may be retained in anonymized format for business continuity.
- Deletion requests must be submitted by the account owner or an authorized company administrator.
- Requests from unauthorized individuals will not be processed.
